The nation’s most popular bike race might come through Boulder again next year — depending on fans’ votes.

The 2014 USA Pro Challenge will include a mountaintop finish in Stage 3, as cyclists will finish the Aug. 20 leg at the top of Monarch Mountain. The race will span Aug. 18-24, 2014, with seven stages.

Stage 7 is still undecided, as the USA Pro Challenge will ask fans to vote on the leg they prefer. The four options are: a circuit race in Denver similar to the final stage in 2013; a race from Golden to Denver; a race from Boulder to Denver; and a race from Boulder to Golden.
