Police seek break-in suspect

Boulder Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating one of the suspects in the Jan. 10 break-in at a building housing a medical marijuana dispensary at 1121 Broadway. Police arrested a 23-year-old Denver transient, identified as Robert Michael Grant, but another suspect got away.

The incident occurred at about 4:50 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 10.

When they responded to the scene, police found Pierre Werner, the owner of the Dr. Reefer dispensary, fighting with Grant. Werner told the police he had been sleeping in the building to provide security.

The second suspect is described as a white man, approximately 6 feet, 2 inches tall, with brown hair and a mustache. He was wearing a dark gray hooded jacket and blue jeans. It is believed his first name might be Jesse.

Anyone with information about this crime or the remaining suspect is asked to call police at 303-441-3333 as soon as possible.
