As more time passes since the September floods, artists and musicians are beginning to process the disaster and channel it into art. Husband-and-wife duo Andy and Jessica Epler make up The Prairie Scholars, and their composition “100 Year Flood” tells the story of the once-in-a-lifetime rainfalls and how they brought out the best help-your-neighbor instincts in the community.
