The Environmental Group of Colorado will host the second annual event at Upslope Brewing Company. The gathering takes place on the International Day of Action for Rivers, presenting a call for action along with awareness of preserving the world’s rivers and the communities that depend on them. The Environmental Group is raising money for a public radio show to educate about western water issues. Upslope will donate one dollar for every beer sold. Prize drawing donations and tickets sales, which start at $10 and include a free beer, also will go toward the foundation’s efforts to keep Colorado’s rivers flowing and thriving.
