The victim, a college-aged woman, stated that she was asleep with her boyfriend and woke up when a male suspect put his hands down her undergarments.

She awoke to find an unknown man with his hands in her underwear. She screamed, waking up her boyfriend, who was sleeping next to her.

The victim’s boyfriend chased the intruder from the residence. It is believed the suspect entered through an unlocked door.

Police are working to identify the person responsible for this crime, and anyone with information about this crime or this suspect is asked to contact Det. Dave Spraggs at 303-441-3330.

Suicidal person
On Feb. 9 at approximately 3:20 p.m., Boulder police responded to a report of a suicidal person with a handgun inside an apartment in the 700 block of Mohawk Drive.

Officers set up an emergency response team, which included shields and “less-lethal” weapons, but a dispatcher was able to coax the person outside without any violence or use of weapons.
