Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) recently opened its newest affordable housing community, Broadway West.
Located at 3120 Broadway, just north of Elder Avenue, the complex contributes to Boulder’s goal of having 10 percent of its housing inventory available at affordable rents or prices.
The complex includes 26 affordable apartments that are rented to households earning 50 percent or less of the area’s median income.
The building is three stories high, with views of the Flatirons, and one-, two- or three-bedroom apartments are available.
