Boulder County ballot issues results

The following is a list of the final unofficial 2009 election results from Boulder County. Read our original story.

Issue 1A

Would extend the county's existing 0.25 percent open space sales and use tax so that the county can issue bonds for open-space purchases, improvements, maintenance and management

Yes: 47.91 percent

No: 52.09 percent

Issue 1B

Would authorize bonds of up to $85 million (with a maximum repayment cost of $180 million) to continue funding for the ClimateSmart Loan Program approved by county voters in last year's election

Yes: 49.03 percent

No: 50.97 percent

Issue 1C

Would allow the county to issue up to $6.1 million in Qualified Energy Conservation Bonds authorized by the federal stimulus bill, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act

Yes: 56.10 percent

No: 43.90 percent

Question 1D

Yes: 50.03 percent

No: 49.97 percent
