Secret concert announced

KGNU Community Radio is hosting a “secret concert” at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 9. The event will be held in the Odd Fellows Lodge at 1543 Pearl St., above the Boulder Army Store.

The show will feature an evening of acoustic indie music.

“We decided to have the artists be secret for two reasons,” KGNU officials said in a press release. “First, we like the idea of a secret show at a ‘secret’ location that most residents of Colorado have never had the opportunity to see. Second, if we announced the line-up, we believe the show would sell out immediately and we like the idea of having a room full of people who are willing to make a leap of faith to see an outstanding evening of music.”

Tickets are $13 in advance or $15 on the day of the show. Buy tickets online at www.brownpapertickets.com/ event/138621 or by calling KGNU at 303-449-4885.
