Vote 2011: Ballot mailings

Don’t be left uncounted

By Boulder Weekly Staff

Under state law, registered voters who did not participate in the 2010 election have been listed as inactive and will not receive a mail ballot for the Nov. 1 election unless they contact the county clerk and recorder’s office at vote@bouldercountyvotes.org or 303-413-7740. Those who are inactive can be reactivated through Election Day. But Monday, Oct. 3, was the last day to register for the election.

Voters can visit www.BoulderCountyVotes.org to request a mail ballot or check and update their voter registration. They can also call the number above or visit one of three Boulder County Clerk & Recorder’s Office branches: 1750 33rd St. in Boulder, 529 Coffman St. in Longmont, or 722 Main St. in Louisville.

Voters will begin receiving ballots in mid-October.
