Director Tony Scott, who apparently committed suicide Sunday by jumping from a Los Angeles bridge, had an inoperable brain tumor, according to a source.
Scott, known for Days of Thunder, Crimson Tide and Top Gun, left notes for his family in his car, the Associated Press reported.
