The Democrat says he's planning to announce new regulations on hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, as soon as they're ready. But he says there's no timetable for when that would be.
The new New York regulations will be replacing a statewide moratorium that was passed in 2008, meaning the regulations are essentially allowing fracking to start in the state.
