Both Boulder locations are pubs with an in-house brewery and have been supplying all of the house brews for Vine Street Pub, as well as producing all of their own house brews. But recently, the owners broke ground on a 3,500-square-foot brewery at the Vine Street location, which they plan to finish by this fall.

Tidbites | Ultimate dinner for beer geeks

Chef Ian Clark, of Centro Latin Kitchen and Refreshment Palace, has been chosen as one of five chefs in the nation to create low-carb recipes for Atkins consumers. As the Latin-cuisine expert, he created 10 recipes featured on the Atkins website. Clark helped open Centro in 2007, and brings many of the Centro flavors to his Atkins menu.
