Boulder police arrested a 34-year-old transient on two counts of criminal mischief.

Police have issued two tickets in relation to a Feb. 20 accident involving a drunken woman who fell off the roof of her sorority.

The Boulder County Coroner’s Office is investigating the death of a 10-month-old infant who died at Longmont United Hospital on February 25. An autopsy was conducted this morning, and a determination of the cause and manner of death are pending further laboratory testing. No foul play is suspected.

Boulder police responded to a report of unlawful sexual contact that occurred just before 3 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 20, outside The Goose bar in the 1300 block of Broadway.

A woman, who had been drinking, fell from the roof outside a third-story window to the ground. The incident happened at about 12:40 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 20.

A Boulder police officer providing security during a Boulder City Council meeting on Tuesday arrested a 44-year-old male after he removed his clothing and, clad only his boxer shorts, approached the podium.

Boulder police are investigating a second-degree assault that occurred during a concert at the Fox Theatre in the early morning hours of Feb 19, just after midnight. A 21-year-old woman sustained facial injuries after she said an unknown female suspect hit her in the nose with a beer bottle.

On Feb. 6, Boulder County sheriff’s deputies stopped a reckless driver in Longmont on Highway 119. Despite “mumbling speech” and “glassy eyed stare,” the suspect repeatedly denied that he had been drinking, the report said.

On Feb. 11, Boulder police arrested a 23-year-old Denver man on charges of DUI, reckless driving, violation of bail bonds, driving while license revoked and false reporting after he was spotted driving erratically.

On Feb. 3, Boulder County sheriff’s deputies responded to a trespassing call from a home on Kincross Way in Boulder County.
