For consistency, we must apply this tactic to all the major religions. We will also erect a display opposite the National Cathedral in Washington. On this we will show the violence perpetrated by the Christian terrorists on our abortion clinics. Never mind that the National Cathedral is operated by Episcopals who have liberal ideas about abortion.
I do, however, feel obligated to highlight a few particularly irritating deficiencies that strongly indicate the author, not President Obama or the CNN reporter he belittles, is full of biomass up to the eyeballs. First we must get our definitions straight.
The Mile-Hi Misery Index was at a 10-plus on a recent weekend when they had two planes in operation. What will it be like this weekend? As the Twin Otters take off and circle to jumping altitude, they regurgitate their skydivers and then race back to the airport to pick up the next pod.

Alan Blooms letter in your July 15 issue accurately describes the Rocky Mountain Peace and Justice Center as irrelevant (Peace center is irrelevant). The Boulder address, I think, undermines its mission. Beyond that, the good Mr. Blooms simplistic, meaningless rhetoric (.
(Re: 27 years of activism, cover story, July 8.) There is no more irrelevant organization than the Rocky Mountain Peace and Justice Center, and I have to wonder why you wasted so much column space on this group of accomplishment-challenged earth muffins.
