Beau Jo’s serving gluten-free crust

Beau Jo’s Colorado Style Pizza will be serving gluten-free crust from the Gluten Free Bistro of Boulder. As a part of the bistro’s safe dining program, each Beau Jo’s location has undergone training on how to handle gluten-free items. The bistro was founded by three gluten-intolerant Boulder locals who were dissatisfied with the gluten-free foods available. For a list of other locations that serve the bistro’s products, visit www.theglutenfreebistro.com or call 720-329-3254.

This Thanksgiving, Black Cat Farm Table Bistro will be serving a holiday meal created by chef Eric Skokan. There is no fixed price for the meal, as guests are encouraged to pay what they can. A portion of the proceeds will go to Community Food Share. Rolling seating will begin at 2 p.m. Thanksgiving day. For reservations, call 303-444-1500.
