The catering company opened for business on Aug. 1, and as of Aug. 5 had already done three events.

Bradford Heap Catering will offer flexibility with regard to eating habits, including making almost any dish on the menu vegetarian and providing gluten-free options. Clients can get Heap himself to cook at an event.
