Registered nurse Dana Jakoubete, right, takes her flu shot from Sharon O'Keefe, president of Loyola University Hospital, September 2, 2009. The hospital is making all its employees get the seasonal flu vaccine.

Rocky Mountain Urgent Care is now offering H1N1 vaccinations,
though on a limited basis.

The shots are $10 and are available to patients Rocky
Mountain Urgent deems “high risk,” which includes:

  • Pregnant women
  • Children 6 months-4 years old
  • Children ages 5-18 with “chronic health conditions”
  • Caregivers of infants up to 6 months old
  • Health workers who have direct contact with patients

Rocky Mountain Urgent has locations in Boulder (Baseline Road
and Foothills Parkway; 303-499-4800) and Longmont (Highway 287 and South Main
Street; 720-494-4747).

Because vaccinations are in limited supply, patients are
urged to call ahead.
