AN ORIN SWIFT WINE NIGHT

Limited releases of Orin Swift wines will be presented by sommelier Chad Pare at Arugula at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 4. The wines will be paired with a five-course meal prepared by local chefs Alec Schuler of Arugula and Sven Hedenas of Tangerine Boulder.

The menu will feature dishes such as a warm “Red Wagon” baby kale salad with roasted local winter squash, fried capers and pumpkin seeds in apple cider vinaigrette, topped with crispy-skinned, Colorado-raised striped bass. Other dishes will also have an array of local products that will complement the flavors and aromas of each wine.

The cost of the event is $79 per person for both the dinner and wine, including tax and tip. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 303-443-5100. For more information on the wines, visit www.orinswift.com/wines.
