Stephen Wade is a musician and speaker fascinated by the stories behind classic American folk songs, the kind covered by people like Johnny Cash and Bob Dylan. Wade investigated the history behind 13 folk recordings housed at the Library of Congress and wrote his findings into a book, The Beautiful Music All Around Us: Field Recordings and the American Experience.
