This bluegrass-meets-jazz band from Ann Arbor, Mich., travels the country, planting musical seeds wherever they might land. Their throwback instrumentation includes washboards and a cook’s bell, and a lead singer who sounds like she hoped out of a 1930’s jazz bar.
