Another slice for Boulder

Boulder has a new gourmet pizzeria to add to its list. Pizzeria Da Lupo, located at 2525 Arapahoe Ave., serves up delicious wood-fired pizza and seasonal dishes from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day. Garbanzo bonanza

Denver-based Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill, a fast-casual restaurant concept featuring fresh, healthy and authentic Mediterranean cuisine, opened its first Boulder restaurant on Dec. 22. The Boulder location joins 10 other Garbanzos in the Denver metro area and two in Colorado Springs.

The Boulder Garbanzo is located in the Twenty Ninth Street mall, at 1905 29th St., and is open 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill is Colorado owned and operated. The company’s founder, Alon Mor, grew up in the Mediterranean region and is a 15-year veteran of owning and running restaurants. St. Louis Bread Company/Panera Bread founder Ken Rosenthal also is an owner and cofounder of the company. It was voted 2010-11 Best Healthy Lunch in Denver’s 7 A-List.
