Come join us this summer for seven weeks of Dawson’s more than 70 exciting summer camps and programs for ages 5 to 18. Camp hours are 8:30 a.m.- 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Between June 6 and July 29, we will offer various weeklong day camps in academics, arts, music, drama, language, sports, cooking and specialty day camps. Campers will receive a full hot/cold lunch in our dining hall every day and take a break to cool off in the pool daily. Cost range: $285 to $395 per week. Our experienced instructors will guide campers through fun-filled, weeklong, themed camps (9 a.m.-1 p.m.) including teen fashion, sew and swim, quilt week and more. We also offer afternoon drop-in day camps (2-4:30 p.m.) on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Students will learn practical skills such as how to use and maintain a sewing machine, wind a bobbin, read, cut and sew from a commercial sewing pattern, install a zipper, and lots more, ultimately constructing garments, accessories and home decor. The Living Arts School offers day camp from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Monday through Friday for children ages 6 to 12.  Optional aftercare is offered from 3-5 p.m. Children in our program learn traditional living skills and crafts, build friendships in a noncompetitive, loving community and have daily access to farmland and the natural world.
