Fabricate will offer small group classes throughout the summer for kids ages 8 and up. We’re asking parents to form a group of three to four students and choose a week that works for them. Our experienced instructors will guide campers through fun-filled, weeklong camps. Students will learn practical skills such as how to use and maintain a sewing machine, wind a bobbin, and how to read, cut and sew using commercial sewing patterns. We’ll sew garments, accessories and home decor. Students will build on fundamentals as they gain confidence and hone skills, and will be given instructions and patterns to take home.
